Print Competition write-up
Print Competition
07/11/2025

Malling's first Print competition this season was judged by our good friend from Crayford Andy Smith LRPS CPAGB. Andy has been to Malling on more than a couple of occasions and was surprised to discover he had previously judged our work on exactly the same date some years ago. Andy was pleased to see a good range of genres covered by the submitted images and commented on the excellent quality overall. This was the second event where Malling have employed the non points scoring system, now replaced by Gold, Silver, Bronze and Highly Commended awards covering 7 images on the night. All 21 images entered however received a thorough and positive critique from Andy that was well received by all. Accordingly, the final results were as below and actual images can be found on the Galleries page:-
Gold - Alan Lomakin for 'Dancing at the Ritz'
