Intrepid Club members Colin Bristow and Linton Schwartz ventured into the rain and mud of Rugby sports photography at Vigo RFC recently. In a league match between Vigo 1st XV and Maidstone - which sadly Vigo didn’t win – the pause in the previously incessant rain lasted long enough for some great images. Under the watchful eye of Vigo RFC Hon VP and past Chair Alan Smith (also current Malling PS Chair) the Malling lads moved to various positions around the pitch to take advantage of the fickle light. So successful was the visit that it’s hoped a return trip might be possible when the floodlights are in use to add another angle.
